Subject: Cemeteries in Brookville

I have a transcript from the Register of Deaths for Margaret BOYD who died January 6, 1899. Place of death Glen Cove and place of burial given as Brookville, NY (name of cemetery not given)

In 1870 she and husband William J. BOYD lived in Brooklyn. In 1880 she was a widow in the household of a son in Brooklyn. Two other children lived in Glen Cove.

If I knew the name of the cemetery in Brookville maybe I could find the date of death of William J (sometime between 1870 and 1880), however, there could be quite a number of years between their deaths and maybe they are not in the same cemetery.

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
