Hello: I am new to this Website, but I have been looking for information regarding Levi B. Totten who was born in England in 1767 and came to the US at some point. Apparently his lineage goes: Edward Totten>Richard Totten>Jasper Totten>Joseph Totten>Levi Totten. Then my great-great grandfather was Henry Morris Totten who was one of Levi's sons.
If anyone has connection to any of these Tottens, let me know. I am grying to find out why they left England and where exactly they settled in the US. My family ended up in Kansas, and my great-grandmother was Elizabeth Totten who was the first woman mayor of Beattie, KS.
