Subject: CD ROM access problem

hi i am havin problems with a cdrom it has a hard time reading cdrom discs it will search up to 10 min trying to find the information on the cdrom when trying to open folders on it. it will keep searching and after a while it will lock up windows 95 good enough to have to reboot to get out of it and it also does it on all cd's and i have tried using a lens cleaner but it still didnt work its a IMES ICD 1200/AT 8 speed IDE
