Subject: Internet Explorer Bookmarks Disappeared!!!
HELP!!!
: I use Internet Explorer 5 and the bookmarks for my favourites are all intact but are unavailable offline. I tried moving the Temporary Internet Files folder (which contains about 160MB) from "C:\Windows\Local Settings\ "to "C:\Windows\" but that did not work. Apparently linked with the problem is the fact that whenever I open Windows Explorer, the folders display in "Large Icons" view and no matter how often I change it back to "list" format and close it still opens as "Large icon" view.
