Subject: PB 2900 Memory Upgrade

I am trying to upgrade the memory of a Packard Bell PB2900. I have a 32MB simm.
When I install it in to Bank 0, I get the single beep error. Are there any jumper settings on this motherboard ??
32MB to much for this board ?? Can you help ??
