As you probably know, Packard Bell/NEC is no longer actively producing PCs. They have farmed out their support operation to Alorica, who is currently rebuilding the support website. You can get there from
http://www.packardbell.com

The suppport site should be your first step to determine the memory capacity of your PC and the specs for new memory. You need to know whether your PC used parity or not, whether it was Fast Page or EDO memroy, the speed, the coating on the contacts, and whether SIMMs have to be installed in pairs as they do on many Pentium motherboards.

Another way to get your answer is to use the online memory configuration wizards provided by RAM manufacturers

Good luck!
