Subject: Win 95 installation problem

I am trying to install Windows 95(CD-ROM) on to a 486 DX (75MHZ),8 MB RAM,
450MB HD,CD-ROM,sound card,3 1/2 HD floppy) I tried to install a previous version of Win 95,but it only accepted(installed)the PC-Dos 7.0 part, so I have been able to run DOS programs. When I install this new ver of Win 95,after the scandisk system pre -check,
it starts the "installing win 95 files to your system",the stops and gives the message: "DOS extensions missing". and stops the installation.
Where could I get these "extensions"?
is it a downloadable software, and how do I install it to my system?
can I install Win 95 on the above described system?
thaks any answers will be appreciated
Sincerely,

Mauro Jordy
