Subject: How to create a message board/bulletin board for the site I'm building?

Hi,

I'd like to create a message board, similar to the one that I'm using now, for
a web site that I am developing. I've never done anything like this before
so I'm not sure where to start. Because of my limited programming experience,
I'm wondering what the my options are. Are there bulletin board "out-of-the-box"
solutions? I'd also like to know what the pros and cons are involved with having
a message board company host my message board. I want to be able
to easily manage and filter the message board content so that I can set
up a macro that will block certain users or certain types of message content.

Anyway, if anyone has some helpful information for me on this subject, I
would really appreciate it.
