Subject: lost outlook express address book

My Outlook Express will not allow me to post new messages, reply to received messages, or even open my address book.

When I try to reply to a received message I get the error message: "there was an error opening this message". When I try to open the address book I get the message: "Unable to open Address Book. The Address Book may not be properly installed." We have been using Outlook Ex. forever and have never had this problem. I know that it is bundled with Windows 98 but I can't find it on the disk supplied by Dell with my one year old PC. Any help out there? In Exploring I can find the wab.exe file which is the address book but I can't open it. My wife's rather extensive e-mail list is now unaccessable.
