Subject: Windows Media Player 6.0+ sans Internet Explorer 4.0????

I would like to know if anyone has found a way to
either install Windows Media Player 6.4 into a
pc running Windows 95, without the incredible bloat
of IE4.0.....or, to put it another way - what
specific files are looked for by mpie4ful.exe (the
setup package and program) when it checks the pc/
system at initial setup launch? I have had no
trouble running many various softwares/programs
ranging from OpenGL/VisualBasic/various media players
including mp3 modules....etc.
All without IE4.0
But I want IE4.0 in a couple of specific systems like
I want a bout with the plague.

Anyone out there know a way to do this? Install WMP6.4
without IE4.0?

Thanks
