That particular .dll is located (or should be)
in the Windows system folder. I would be happy
to email a copy if you truly need it (that is....
if you have not already tried to reinstall your
Windows software - replacing corrupt or missing
files - or perhaps, you may have purchased a
pc without software backups (the disk sets etc.)
Either way - the file is almost 1MB and is easy to
send. If you have a .cab opener you can extract
it from your Windows disk and copy it to the
system folder (another way to attack the problem)
Just remember that for it to be included by Windows,
you will have to reboot in order for the registry to
know it is there.
