I think you have an unwanted *visitor*.
1. Obtain, install, and run up-to-date antivirus software.
2. Download, install, and run AdAware from www.lavasoftusa.com. This will diable and remove software installed without your permission that monitors, reports, and interferes with what you do.Good luck!
