Subject: Frozen Floppy Disc Drive

I am not sure if this is called the D Drive but I know it is not the A. Anyway it is stuck and the button want eject and the light is not working beneath. If anyone has knowledge about what might have happened or what I can do to fix this problem, I would appreciate your help. Thanks, Brenda
