Get your serial number and or model number. Go to priorityonesupport.com, sign up and go to the packard bell section. With your serial number you will be able to get the info about your computer that you need and check for the drivers there also. For extra info do check this sites http://j12345.users1.50megs.com/menu/motherboards.html, Ray's packard bell website and http://www.uktsupport.co.uk/pb/mb/pbmb.htm. If yours is and old mobo check the UK packard bell support section under legacy motherboards. There may be an update that you could use including bios upgrades. Good luck.
