I found another way!! I've been trying to do this for months! go to your task manager and click on the "processes" tab. find the "svaplayer" process and "end" it (right click, or highlight and click end). once the process has been ended, it will allow you to delete the sva player folder from your program files folder. good luck, and thank GOD I'm rid of it!!
