Subject: jetway v266b 40gb hdd problems

I have just purchased a Jetway v266b mobo, after booting up i realised the 40gb hdd was only reading as 6gb? so i changed from cs to master and this didnt resolve it, so i have got a 10gb as the master and a 20gb as the spare, until i can sort out my problem, any help would be appreciated.
