Ok man have you tried to do this in dos
C:\D: type that and hit enter it should take you to the cd drive if not get a win 95 startup disk which you should have made....ok so put your cd in the cd rom type D:\ at the c prompt and then dir/p/w to view whats there and if you see install.exe tyope that in or if you see ummmmm win98 or win95.exe type that in then windows will start up and then you go from there...
It's one or the other install.exe or win98.exe I can't remember I think it is win98 anyways try it later
