I get a very similar error. The title of the error box says 'RUNDLL32' and the error itself says "Error in 3dfxv2ps.dll : Missing entry 'UpdateRegSettings'." Apparently it's something wrong with the drivers for the 3dfx Voodoo line of 3D cards.
