Wierd question, have you done an fdisk on this computer? If yes, have you formatted the Hard Drive. If yes, try doing this FDISK /MBR that will wipe out the master boot record. This may help.

Hope this helps. Usually I get the Boot sector Virus when I have wiped out my partitions but before I put in new partitions and most Windows won't partition this for you.
