Go into the windows registry and remove that entry from your "run" section.

You may also have to hack out all the other entries too.. but that will get rid of that error...

it seems it doesn't want to uninstall either... go to the uninstall area of your registry and remove the voodoo 2 entry.... that will get rid of all of your errors...
As for getting it reinstalled and working... I'm still working on that.. but if you try.. I suggest backing up your registry "clean from voodoo" before you do.. that way you won't have to do all your hacking again to get it out.
