Subject: Cannot re-install "hp faxphone"
Cannot re-install "hp faxphone" on my HP Pavilion 7275Z. After it stopped working, I downloaded a fresh copy from the HP site. But when I run setup, I get as far as choosing which folder to install it in, then it says: "Install Failed." "Contact your Dealer."
Is there a charge for this service?
