Dear Louis:

Thank you so much for your expeditious response. I followed your advice and ran Scandisk first. However, much to my surprise and contrary to your response, I found that, even though I ran Scandisk first (errors indicated were corrected), Defragmenter stopped and requested that I run Scandisk. Do you have any idea as to what the problem is?
