Almost all motherboards have a set of jumpers labeled Clear CMOS or Clear BIOS Password. You need to remove the jumper. That usually clears all the other BIOS settings as well, so be prepared to provide hardware information for an older (circa 1994 and back) motherboard. New ones have automatic setup.
