Subject: 3 Rom Drives?

I have a DVD, a CD-Burner and a CD-Rom Changer that I would like to use on my PC. The DVD is the secondary Master and the CD-Burner is the secondary Slave. How should I hook up the CD-Rom Changer? Maybe as a Primary slave (to the hard drive)? Or maybe with the floppy?
