If your mobo is like mine (with onboard SiS530) there will be a 3 pin jumper..next to it on the mobo should be 1-2 on (or enable(d)) 2-3 off (or disable(d)) Mine is right at the bottom of the first (closest to CPU) PCI slot. Hope this helps.
