Can't run McAfee Virusscan

Subject: Can't run McAfee Virusscan

I tried to run my anti-virus software, but upon opening it, I got a pop-up message informing me that it couldn't open due to a missing .dll file. (vsui50.dll) I tried the search engine on MSN and it just gave me results on websites that are written in Japanese, these being from nai.com, the main homepage for McAfee.
Is there anywhere that I can restore/replace the required file?
With this VBS.Badtrans@mm virus going around, I want to make sure that my computer is absolutely safe.
Any help would be appreciated.
