Subject: Network enable Packard Bell L197?

I have the Road Runner cable modem service with a NetGear internet gateway router. A relative gave me a Packard Bell Multimedia L197 system. However, there aren't any PCI expansion slots for me to add a ethernet card. How can I add this PC to my home network?
