If the disk that isn't being recognized has never been used before, you need to set it up with FDISK and format it. You can get instructions here:
www.bootdisk.com.If it has been used, you need to contact your PC manufacturer for instructions on using the recovery disk. Recovery disk procedures vary widely from maker to maker and machine to machine.
