Subject: Porn Ad pops up whenever I start my computer!!

Hey, I have a porn advertisement that opens Internet Explorer and goes to a place called Web69 anytime my computer boots up! How do I get rid of this and prevent this from happening in the future? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks
