I think you've got one of those insidious dialers that connects to a porn site and charges your telephone bill for access. Go to Dial Up Networking or Network Connections (depending on your O/S) and remove it from there.
You may need to use MSCONFIG (from Run) to eliminate the call to it. Or it may be set in Internet Options (in Control Panel).
