Subject: Bootup only after 1 hour

Hi there,

My Dell v350 system running Win 98 suddenly has a strange problem.

1. It will not restart; but could shut down successfully.

2. After shutting down, it will not boot up again for at least 1 hour; afterwhich, boot up is fine.

Can anyone advise? I suspect CMOS failure, changed the CMOS battery to no improvement.
