Ken,
You can run a search for .pst files on your local disk , this is the Outlook mail files. If its Outlook express have a look for .dbx. The files can then by imported into thier respective email application by using File > Import from the applications menu options failing that you can use a third party utility to read them such as Mail Navigator.
