Subject: Newly Built Computer, Doesnt Work!

To those who know stuff about PC's: Ive just built a PC and it doesnt work.

It is:
ASRock K7SX8 (DDR400 333MHz Socket A)
AMD Athlon XP 1900
1 x 256MB 333MHz RAM
80GB Seagate Barracuda
CD RW
GeForce MX 440 128MB AGP

I switch it on, it all lights up, processer fan moves, CD flashes, a small sound (Hard drive warming up??) and then it does nothing, stays lit up, spinning, no lights on key board, no beeps, num lock wont switch on, Monitor is Blank

Ive tried a different monitor, keyboard, pushed everything in, made sure the FSB is at 266MHz but nothing.

What can i do?
