Subject: AIM Virus: Link to some digital camera

my sister is so incredibly ignorant, and clicked on one of those "click here to see my digital camera" links. our computer has the virus now. How do I fix it? Its the one where you send the link out to people you IM you AIM, without knowing you do. if anyone could help, it would rock my socks :)
