The files you need are contained in CAB files on the CD-ROM. Although it is possible to extract files from within CABs it is not possible to copy them to floppy disks. See (http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q129/6/05.asp ).
You could move the CD-ROM from your other PC temporarily, or you could temporarily install the hard drive in your other PC, copy the CABs to it, then install from there.
