On most PCs you can reset the CMOS, including the BIOS password setting, by changing a set of jumpers usually marked CMOS -- clear, save, etc. If your jumpers aren't marked, you'll need to get the manual for your motherboard. Hint: the jumpers are usually located near the rear apron of the PC (where the cards protrude through the case) and near the battery and keyboard connector -- but not always.
