Subject: true mistake
While I was deltreeing windows we lost power now when I boot up Windows goes into safe mode My computer no longer reads my cd rom drive so I cannot reinstall, what I want to know if I formatt my hard drive and use a startup disk will I be able to reinstall my cd rom drive to reinstall windows?
I was trying to upgrade from windows 95 to 98 second edition.
