Homepage: Genealogy in AlabamaSubject: How to install missing files on a Pakard Bell
I had trouble installing a lost file and after trying for so long I got tired of looking. I said if this thing blows up,,it is mine. So I went ahead and tried doing this and it worked for me. I was missing a file that operated my Antivirus and this is how I fixed it,,I went to "start"then to "programs" then to "Packard Bell" then to "software tracker"..I had to put both disk in the computer at the same time,,,floppy and hard dics..I had to chose the ANTIVIRUS application and I had to put a check mark in the shaded area and secelect install Antivrus,,This worked and the lost file was replaced. I am sure you can do this for other aplications also.If I was getting other warnings, I would go there and see if it has information on the lost file in the tracker. Hope this helps some one,,Take care and May God Bless,,,Jessie Hall
