Subject: HELP

I am trying to install a US Robotics 56k fax/modem into a Packard Bell PB2900. The problem is the system recognizes that there is a new modem there, however, it does not work. When I bring up the Device Manager, I get a Conflict on communications port. AOL 4.0 does not seem to want to detect it as well. Can anyone help?
