Subject: Problems with antiexe again

Sorry to bother you again, it's just that I tried to do your suggestion and
it didn't work. When I boot from a clean disk and and i change to c: propmpt
and i type anything it says "invalid media type reading drive c:
(abort/retry/fail)" and it's alll. I tried to run fprot from a disk but it
says the same and it don't create the dir "virus" that is supossed to. I ran
fdisk to display the partition properties and it says that there's not a
partition and that i can't access the disk, but when i boot normally
everything seems to work all right (maybe a little slower) BUT all the av
programs detect Antiexe virus and some detect NewYork beauty and KeyLock.

I just arrived to this country a few weeks ago, and I don't know anybody,
so it's hard for me to get clean boot or rescue disks, i got one from the
guy who sold me a new disk, and it's the same version of windows 98 than
mine (second edition), so i think that maybe a virus is infecting the
partition table, because i can't detect it from a boot disk.

Must I use fdisk /mbr to clean partition??

Thanks a lot again

Catalina
