Subject: hard drive install/win98 problems

i installed a quantum fireball 30G as a primary slave to my boot drive, a fujitsu 17.9G. on my other IDE is a CDRW to a slave CDROM. i was having problems with my boot drive (i lost information) so I reformatted and repartitioned my boot drive using FDISK and now I can't reinstall using my windows 98 cd! it has problems when it is copying files to my c: ...
