I also have a PB 1512SL and it worked fine until it was chipped from the states to Europe. It powers up fine I just do not get any picture. I think that I can safely say that it is not the difference in voltage being that is 100-240. It is very hard to get service while over seas so is it a worth while thing to consider repairing? If so how much will it cost?
