I lived in Palm Beach county for 17 years.I heard Port ST lucie was growing just as fast.Bewst thing to do would be to contact a realtor in those areas.Tell them the specifics that you need and your price range.If you hire one as a buyer agent you would probably get more attention than just as an inquiring out of state buyer.You Can go to the REBAC.org website and they have a directory that you can choose from.Or have a realtor in a national franchise refer you to a buyer agent
