I'm selling an apartment there. Its been empty for a year now waiting for things to get better. Now the new owner if spending tons of money fixing it up and they are making it hard for owners to sell. They want top dollar..I just can't afford to carry it much longer...From what I hear, there is financing available and the prices are going to go up soon. I just can't wait much longer!
