Subject: Owner Occupancy Problem

I'm trying to buy the co-op where I currently rent in Park Slope, Brooklyn. I just found out that the owner occupancy is extremely low in the building. 94 units. 48 owners and only 5 owner occupancies. Is there any way to get a mortgage in this situation? It seems like a deal breaker.
