Subject: Re: Appraiser license requirements Question. Is it possible for a person that has filed for Chapter 7 or 11 and completed the required courses to be eligible for a license in appraising real property in N.Y.? Taking everything into consideration that the person has successfully completed all other requirements and is a person in good standing? When he filed Chapter 7 or 11 it occurred was through no fault of his own. The cause was Sept.11th,when the individual lost everything.Thank you for your response any assistance in this would be helpful. Lita Ehalt
