Subject: Re: Appraiser license requirements I can't imagine why anyone filing a Chapter 7 or 11 would be ineligible to appraise real property. However, to ease your mind, you may wish to contact the NY Department of State Division of Licensing Services(you needn't give specific information, so don't worry). Good luck to you both.
