Ira,

Thanks so much for your response. I'm encouraged to hear that there may be financing options for me, but how do I go about seeking those out? So far, all of the lenders I have spoken with (mostly major banks) want at least 51% owner occupancy.
Also, what type of interest rate should I expect to get on a private loan. What is an "exlusive buyer's agent"? I'm a first time home buyer and am still learning a lot.
