Hi, we purchased our home six years agoi, and just finished paying off the mortgage.Property values obviously have risen substanially since we purchased,and our Title Ins. does not even come close to compensating us if we should have a problem(which we don't).Is Title Ins. upgradable?Any help would be appreciated!Thanks
