Corcoran agent said that everything was set to close on June 8th. In the 11th hour we learn that the sponsors attorney has not received a Declaration of Affectiveness from the Attorney Generals office. Our (buyer) paperwork and money is all in order and we have a rate locked till the 26th of June. We are running out of time and do not appreciate the last minute games being played. Can someone out there please help!?
